However, for sellers, there may be certain fees depending on your account type and the services you use, such as listing fees, transaction fees, or premium services. If your parcel arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear images/videos of the damage. After verification, a replacement or refund will be issued as per our return policy.

We send your parcel using local delivery services, so it reaches you quickly and safely.

Yes! We’ve added your invoice inside the package, and we also send a copy to your email for your convenience.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations.

We accept returns within 3–7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason. Damaged/defective items are returned free of charge.
